I need your opinions please?????

Hi everyone, well I've written a cause/effect essay about a financially successful country, and I need your opinions about it. Thank you in advance.
How can a country with no natural ressources flourish financially?Starting from scratch seems like an impossible mission. In 1956, Singapore was no more part of Malaysia. This act left Singapore with zero incomes. It suffered from a dreadful famines and draught. in present time, Singapore has become one of the most financially flourished countries. Three reasons can be generally found behind a financially successful country.
First, applying justice between all parts of the country. No matter how rich you are, or the number of powerful people you know, you will have the same chance as a poor one. For instance, an American citizen was living in Singapore was jailed for four months because of destroying public properties. Despite the efforts made by the American government, as a powerful country, to cover this matter. Its goals were never been accomplished.
The second reason is attaining unity between the different races of the same country. Conflicts between the different races can rise the risk of stability of the country. In order to avoid racism between citizens, Singapore viewed that having a common language may help facilitating communication, thus understanding. A country which is aiming to establish a financially successful country must find a common core between its people.
The third reason is fighting corruption. The government should reflect its people as a concrete example, ministers in Singapore were obliged to wear white clothes to express purity from getting bribery.
Singapore is one example of many that had survived a financial collapse due to applying the previous reasons. It has proved that starting from nothing is surely not an impossible mission.
