i need your kind help and comments

Dear friends,

please help me to edit this letter due to my objection .

Dear Sir/Madam

I am an XX citizen who was eligible to apply for any programme of the YY organisation. As I applied for master programme of Nematology in the ZZ university for academic year in 2006-2007. Rectently I found out that my application has been rejected .to be honest I am not convinced the reason of this decision. As far as I concerned my application was complete .I finished my bachelor in 4 years. Beside my education , I did a research in XX University which is the famous university in XX. personally, I was well enough qualified , determined , and motivated person. I think I deserved to be one of the selected candidate for this programme. I would be appreciated if you could give me any reason that I may have not known for rejecting my application.

Yours faithfully

Generally, Shiva, letters of rejection do not include explanations, unless there are technical reasons, such as failure to submit a complete application, or failure to meet deadlines. If the rejection is based on technical grounds, and the facts are in dispute, then a letter of inquiry might be worth sending. Otherwise, you cannot expect university programs to write explanatory letters to all the applicants that are rejected.
