I need your help. Would you please help me with the following letter?

Please help me. I’m trying to write a letter to describe what happened when I made contact with companies and trying to express my suggestions to my coworker. I would like to say in a precisely way and grammatically correct. I have been trying and it doesn’t seem right. I don’t want to make any bad impressions. Would you help me writing the following letter? Your help is greatly appreciated.
Tammy,
I have finished calling all the companies from the ABCDID group. However, I had no luck in getting in touch with anybody who is really interested in our ideas. Some of the comments and things that they have told me when I called are:

3. xxxx
I also emailed to those who have not returned my calls and they are not very helpful. Some have emailed me back and said they’ll pass on the information to the real estate department, your requests will be pass forward, and your recommendation is appreciated and will keep in mind when they access the feasibility for their next location. I haven’t contacted the developers, construction, engineering, architect, land, and property groups because I’m not sure how you are going about these. Please let me know what else I can do. Also, would like me to contact the representative from the University such as the Business and Industry Partnership Program of Xxxx University or representative of Xxxx College? The reason behind contacting these representatives is I believe they may know people who are currently looking for a location to open, expand, or relocate their businesses.
Allow me to suggest some ideas. For companies such as Gulfstream Aerospace, Corp. or besides the restaurants and retails, we have to research to see what they do and what their requirements are before we can even contact them. It may take time, but I believe it's the most effective way to do.
