I need your help with these phrases please, I'm having trouble.

Could you please help me correct these?
  • Based on the info we have, we can't determine the cause nor the time of death.
  • The security features on this car make it so that if a pedestrian were to cross the street and you did see him, it would stop. There are always factors that come into play. If you're going over 100mph the car won't be able to stop in time etc... (is the phrase COME INTO PLAY?)

the more the police = refers to frequence or vigilance

the more police = refers to number of cops
