I need your help with the meanings of these two sentences, please

Hello,

I need your help with a few sentences related to the verb 'concern', please.

- He isn't concerned about you.

(What does that mean? Does that mean he is not worried about you, or he doesn't care for you?)

- It's not my concern.

(What does it mean, please? Is it the same as saying it's none of my business, or does it mean something else?)

Thank you.

Thanks for your reply, EnglishBoy!

Is there any difference between "to be worried about someone", "to care for someone", and "to care about someone", please?
