I need your help with the difference between "Present Perfect Continuous" and "Present Perfect Simple", please

Hi there teachers: 

I'm very confused about the difference between the following sentences. Could you please help me? 

Here're the sentences:

1). I have been drinking ten cups of coffee since morning. (Present Perfect Continuous )

2). I have drunk ten cups of coffee since morning. (Present Perfect Simple)
