I need your help to see which sentence is right/wrong...

A. "You keep logging in, but didn't reply any of my messages"

B. "You kept logging in, but didn't reply any of my messages"

C. "I notice you keep logging in, but didn't reply any of my messages"

The solution here is to keep the tenses of to log in and to reply the same in both clauses. The tense of to notice doesn't matter. To notice something that keeps happening is both in the past and the present.
