EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Baby Shop is the shop that we chose to do our project. We choose this company because we found that there is a lot of our family women prefer to go shopping in Baby Shop than the other. Another point is that we think is to know more about this shop and who own this store.
We divided our project into four parts, which will explain more about this shop in the next few pages in this report. The first step is introduction, which describe our project and what we should do with it. After that

We faced many difficulties in working on this project. One of difficulties, which we found, is that how to get the logo of the company. First thing that we did is to see the web site of the company but the site in flash so we can’t save the logo on it. Then we called the company to ask if they can send the logo at email but they told us that they didn’t have a computer in the shop. After that we search in many different site to find the logo to put in the cover page, then we take one of their brochure and we scan then we got the logo.
We enjoyed this project because we worked in business, which is specialized for children and we learned more new things about children world

INTRODUCTION

In this semester we have to do a project, which is to choose a company in Al Ain Mall that also has a branch outside of the UAE and search some information about it.

In our project we divided our work in to two steps. First of all search and collect information about the company that we chosen from the Internet. The next step was to create a questionnaire that we could use when we went to Al Ain Mall.

BABY SHOP

From our trip to Al Ain Mall, to Baby Shop specially, we learned a lot about their customers, products, and the branches in the UAE and outside the country and much more.
Regarding the customers, they are a large slice of the socially, who are the children, and because of the well organized products, which is divided into different category according to the gender and age, and the well priced products which meets most of the people abilities, their customers become more and more.

Their customer service manager was very helpful, and he appreciated out trip to the shop and welcomes us for any more questions and research.

We met the manager of the shop, his name is Rajesh, and he is an Indian man. We asked him 13 different questions about the company. The first question that we asked him was about the employees who work in the company. They are 19 employees from different nationality such as India, Philippines, Egypt and Sri Lanka. They provide service and goods. Although they have one competitor which is Mother Care, he told us that their products is better than Mother Care products, as he mentioned their products are high quality with good price. Moreover we asked Rajesh about their target market he said that the mothers are their customer’s especially local mothers. About there strategy to opened two stores in Al Ain, he said that now a day most of the people prefer to go shopping in Malls so they opened branch in Al Ain Mall.

Furthermore we asked him about their collection, he told us that they bring it from different countries like India, China, France and Germany.

Baby Shop has a lot of branches in the UAE and out side the country. Here in United Arab Emirate they have 13 branches, in Abu Dhabi there are two branches, in Al Ain also they have two branches, in Dubai four branches and in Ajman, Ras Al Kamiah and Al Fujairah they have one branch.

We made a map shows you the branches inside and outside the country

Outside the country they have 37 branches. In Saudi Arabia they have 20 branches. For example in Al Riyadh they have three branches, in Koubar they have two branches, in Jeddah they have four branches and so. In Oman they have five stores, Qater three stores, Kuwait four stores, Bahrain four stores and in Jordan they have one store. As you can see in the map we put some circles to show you the branches in each country.

CONCLUSION

Baby Shop is not only for clothes but it is for all needed for the children as accessories. We think that this business is being successful work in our city, because as we saw when we went there are lots of customers from different nationality. Working in groups made a successful result that was amazed about
