Good evening friends.
I hope everybody are fine.
As I mention in the subject, I need your help in preparing quality report, I have taken one course for ISO & Quality Management System but it was difficult and now my MD waiting for report about our quality policy if we are following the standered or no.
I dont know how can I start or from where!
I have to handel three dept. ( Sales, Spare parts and Administration ).
any one can help me!

Hi LOolo, I'm sorry, but I don't see how anyone can help you with this, because we don't know your standard, nor do we know your procedures, and are unable to say how well your departments comply with the standard. For each department, suggest whether each is a quality leader, compliant, progressing toward full compliance, has several areas that do well but some that do not, or is failing in quality compliance. Show what the standard is, and what policies and procedures you have in place to ensure compliance.
