I need your help in correcting my essay. ;D

inclined word: not sure the use of the word


In English school, there are three classes consist of 15 students each. The number of teacher is also three. Let me introduce the teachers. There are Mr. Trainner, Miss Meaningsky and Miss Interactslow. Teacher Trainner believes 'imitating and drilling' lead students form a language habit and he sees this process as a part of learning. He agrees that sometimes the classes are boring because of rote learning, but he says smiling stickers compensate boring classes. Teacher Meaningsky assumes that the new information being taught should be somehow related to students' concerns, needs or already existing knowledge. Also the classes are mainly composed of acquiring complex skills such as grammar rules. Last teacher, Miss Interactslow stresses the function of a language and its embodiment in social contexts. She believes that when students are actively participating in the class, they are learning.

Now, three teachers are giving a lecture in each classroom. Today, students are taking lessons about an expression 'throw'. Let's peep through the classes. We are in classroom A, where teacher Trainner is teaching. First he plays a dialogue.


Dialogue

Boy: Mom! I need to buy a new MP3 player.

Mom: You already have one, don't you?

Boy: Yes... But Min-su threw it in the river.

Mom: Why did he throw it in the river?

Boy: Because... I threw his MP3 player in the river.

Mom: You did what? Why did you throw.......

(sound died down)


After listening to it once, teacher asks to students.

"Do you know what words were repeated in the dialogue?"

Students are in silence.

"Ok. Let's listen again. This time, try to find the words you hear several times."

Listening again, teacher found some students smiling.

"Tell me what words you hear more than two times."

"You!"

"Nice try, but that's not the word we are looking for."

"threw? throw?"

"Yes yes, good job!"

He goes to the back of the classroom where a big board is attached, and puts a smiling sticker on a column of the student who answered.

" You have six stickers Ji-su! Good for you! Students! Today's expression is 'throw in'. "

Teacher gives out handouts where the dialogue is printed.

"Now take a part and read it loud with your partners. I will give you five minutes. Then some of you come to the front and do the role play. Of course a sticker will be given for your effort."

Students seem doing well. The teacher interrupts a couple of students and asks to a student.

"In-kyu, what do you want to throw in the river?"

"I want throw pencil."

"Ok. Say, I want to throw a pencil."

"I want to throw a pencil."

"Good boy! Then what do you want to throw in the river, Jeong-hun?

"I want to threw fish."

"Nice try, but let's say 'throw'. 'Threw' is past form of 'throw'. Do you understand me?"

"Yes. I want to throw fish river."

"Alright. In the river. I want to throw fish in the river."

"I want to throw fish in the river."

Five minutes later, the teacher asks students to come out and do the role play. No student volunteered.

"Ok. I will give you two stickers per person. Any couple?"

One couple raised their hands.

"Great! Come on up here! Who is going to be the Boy? "

"Me."

"Ok, then you must be the Mom. Listen well boys, start!"

"Mom! I... need to buy... a new.. MP3 player."
