I want to ask the audience to fill out the feedback sheet after a reception, how do politely I said to make them fill out the sheet and return to us? For example, "About 10 minutes, our staff, Andy and John will pass out the feedback sheet. Please help us how to make this reception better and understand if this reception was helpful to you by filling the sheet and leave it on the table if you like or place it in the box located on the sign in table on your way out.
