I need your help
1. There are advantages and disadvantages to establishing a new university, which is close proximity to our community.
2. If the university can accommodate five thousand students, some of whom take a taxi, get a bus or ride their own motorcycle, these modes of transportation will not only increase the traffic congestion but also release a great amount of exhaust composed of some toxic substances.
3. Students, who drive cars to the university, will have to spend a great deal of time to look for a place to park. It can be waste of their time.
4. A business center at a university helps our country’s various industries to create many job opportunities.
5.Expers at the business center know what can be invested in specific areas. A large shopping center, for example, can be built in Taipei County because residents living in there have to travel long distances to buy things.
