I need to write a persuasive crisis essay and i dont know a topic. please help?

I need to write a letter to someone about a crisis that is going on in my life or one that will affect me soon. It has to be one I can research and write a 3-5 page letter essay to. Problem is, I don't have a crisis in my life right now. Any advice?
