I need to write a letter, please HELP ME

Dear friends,

I need to write a letter to a professor who is chair of math department and ask him to accept me for master degree program. I already talked to him that I don’t have my TOFEL score which is required for enrolling to school. I want him to tell admission office that they can accept me without TOFEL score and waive that for me. How can I write to him?
