I need to won our person next maybe in Rome.
You’d better go to the Bar-fairs first. You count and see you looking about that.

I have NO idea what the first line says. You'd better go to the bath house first. You can't go and see her looking like that.

It sounds like 'I need to warn her about an ex of mine being around.'

Hi Joo and everyone
Another difficult, but very interesting puzzle from Joo.
I think the transcript is as follows:

I need to warn her, Pertinax may be in Rome.
You'd better go to the bath house first. You can't go and see her looking like that.

Note: Pertinax was apparently a Roman emperor.

Hi moinkent
Thank you for your transcription and encyclopedic note.
And I’m very glad that you consider my post as an interesting puzzle.
And for my delight, one of the website teachers, Mister Micawber said he enjoys my questions.
And now I’ve come to be interested in straining my ears onto the BBC and so on’s audios.
For I can be getting right answers from you all kind teache

When we’ve gained a good supporter, Koreans say we've got Thousands of troops and a couple of thousands horses(????). I get the very feeling of the idiom. Thanks a lot.

Thanks, it seems quite clear now that the words accompany the script. It's now hard to believe that my version was so far off, but it did involve some degree of guessing or filling at that time.
