I need to describe how i fit within my organization. (URGENT)
I will grateful if anyone could tell me if, what i have written, answers the question "How do you fit within your organization" propely.
I need to send it in a day and i will appreciate your advice.
In August 2005 I began working for /the name of the organization/ Ltd. in order to conduct a new department. The company performs a wide array of accounting, audit and consulting activities for our clients. Accounting department supplies different companies with accounting and consulting services. Internal audit department was found to determine whether accounting department is carrying out its functions in accordance with established accounting procedures and principles.
I am working as an internal auditor and performing external audits as well. My role in the department is to provide the Director with analysis, appraisals, recommendations, and information concerning the reviewed companies, so, our client’s Directors could resolve to make requiring corrective actions in time.
In terms of an increase in the number of customers, there is the plan for future expansion of the organization. As a result, in a couple of months I will hold the position of the manager of internal audit department and have, at least, two subordinates.
