Hi Joo my transcript is as follows: only it'd be easier for me to try and single-hande d ly track down whoever stole my bag than it is to get this replacement passport. I'm not sure if the word at the beginning is "only". But it makes sense, as the lady is complaining that it would be easier for her to be a detective and find the thief, rather than deal with the administrative procedures involved in getting a new passport.

I appreciate your transcript. In many cases, when I’ve been gotten transcripts I can catch the voices, even though I couldn’t have done without them. But still yet, lots of audios need to be repeated tens of minutes or more, or even an hour for me to take them. And at times, I sadly have to give up for some hard stuff. Though It’d probably be hard to scramble onto all the sounds’ h
