I need some assistance on how to write a formal letter...
Hello,
This is Shravani.I would appreciate if you people will assist me in writing a Formal letter.
I will expalin you on what does the letter should contain.
I applied for Canada Visa,but I received a letter from the Visa Office stating that they had some problem while verifying my Bank Loan letter.They called the Bank through which i applied the loan but they dint get a pleasing answer.They have a doubt on my loan.
So,they need an explanation on why did the loan got rejected.
So, my answer for that will be as follows.
I applied for loan in that bank with all the required documents,as the date for Visa application for heading closer...I requested the bank to give me the sanction letter so I can apply for the Visa.
On my request I got the letter.So,with that i applied for visa.
But later on the bank had some problem with my application.So they rejected my loan.This all happened after I applied for Visa.I got to know that after all the Visa processing was done.But now I applied for a Loan in an other bank and they almost approved my loan.So,I need to answer the visa office stating that I apologise for the inconvience they had and Im now ready to produce the required documents they need(with all the loan documents from the other bank).
I need a letter with the above stated information.You can add any additional information if the letter demands.
Hope you people will answer my question as soon as possible.
