I need hepl with the use of commas

the sentence that I have is...

Only 40 percent of small companies allow telecommuniting and less than a third hae virtual teams.

i feel i need a comma after telecommuniting yet do I need one after AND as well?

I don't feel this really needs a comma after "telecommuniting". If you do use one, it definitely does not need a comma after "and" as well. I learnt a new word: "telecommuniting".

(You have a typo: "hae" for "have".)

The hits for 'telecommuniting' that I glanced at all seem to be dealing with 'telecommuting'. Are you sure it's not just a spelling error?
