I need help writing this email

Can you tell me if the syntax is correct and the grammar is fine. If needed, could you make some changes.

Hi,
How are you doing? I hope all is well.
I was wondering if we could meet up the week before the wedding to about our preparations.
I can't wait to see you because it'll mean the big day is almost upon us when we do see you.
Take care of yourself and see you in a few weeks.

Thank you in advance

The last clause of your penultimate sentence was redundant, so I have deleted it. There was also a verb missing. Everything else is OK.
