Only "Keep remembering me" is grammatically possible. Ask yourself, though, whether you really just mean "Remember me".

Lets suppose,I am talking to a friend and in the end of our chat I say to her "keep me rememberd" or "keep remembering me"(untill we talk again/meet again) in an informal way ,so is that ok in this sense?

As I said, "keep me remembered" is not possible in any circumstance. It is not proper English.
