I need help with my assignment please!

I was assigned to translate this segment of the novel in English, but there was this unfamiliar medical terminology and I didn't really knew how to put it correctly... I need some help to shape it all up.. please help me convert this part into more literal language because I've done it very poorly..
here it goes:

"By the way (and this is where Mr. Mukharashvili and his daughter-like assistent Maya Karaback are exchanging satisfied glances), the process to diagnose the condition and grade of Hemorrhoids is not at all painful, if you are being inspected by the professional coloproctologist. Basically, hemorrhoids is developing in people with innate weakness of rectum, but in Georgia there are certain terms that conduce the development of this disease, which are: overweight, transitional disorder of interstines, drinking too much alcohol, eating mutton and pork with spicy food. On the initial stages of hemorrhoids it’s possible to achieve the desired result with a small-infestation treatment, but the last grade of disease requires the surgery. So the operation method which could eventually defeat hemorrhoids was elaborated in Georgia, and this is where Mr. Gela Mukharashvili hemmed and made a serious offer to Ms. Jane Fonda, which said that if she ever were to come to Georgia once more, and if she would still be bothered by the problems of this sort, he would gladly help her with an operation. Her only response was, that if she could find a way to get out of this country immediately she’d never come back again. And she said it with such a confidence that Gela Charkviani [the translator] did not even translate it to his compatriots."
