I need help with checking my report

The plan details how to run a private meeting or group discussion with a tutor.

Overall, the plan is divided into 2 parts, with 3 main steps for each one, beginning at the preparation stage and ending with checking the final draft of an assignment.

Looking at the first half of the plan in more detail, to begin with, students need to prepare a topic to discuss with their tutor. They also have to obtain a list of books and articles to read in advance. At the research stage, students should go to the library to find books about literature and take notes. During this stage, students must hand out questionnaires or conduct an interview if necessary. After that, they have to produce a short outline and organize the content of their essay, before writing the first draft, using a formal style.

Regarding the second part of the tutorial, the tutor must point out the problems in the first draft, and ask students to develop more ideas for the essay. When creating the second draft, students can resort to reference books and other materials to find more suggestions and quotations to include in their essays. Afterward, the final draft must be completed. At this point, students must check for spelling errors, compile a bibliography and add the title page, before handing in the assignment.
