I need help please!!

now i need to know if my sentence makes sense? :Inferior,squalid and chaotic was Hayley's clothes, that were deposited on the turf.

Your adjectives are unusual ones to use for clothes but this does not make them incorrect. Certtainly I have seen more unusual ones used in litereature. Clothes are plural so the clothes were rather than was.
