Hi any one can check this letter and correct if any mistakes

I am expecting to sit for Business English III exam that is due on December. However, given the fact that I'm working overseas and the possibility of getting adequate leave to complete my minimum required hours before the exam is remote, I would kindly request an mail from you stating the requirement on the subject matter, which I can forward to my management on applying the leave.
