I need help for my grammar and correct format of a cover letter to embassy for tourist visa..thanks

I. Am writing to confirm that I wish to visit Australia for 3 months Tourist Visa, so as to enjoy a short holiday. I wish I will be able to come on 20th of December 2011. I am invited by my Australian friend Mr. ___ __ for Christmas season and Australian Country Music Festival on January 2012.I got to know him over an Online Dating Site, we were friends for more than six months, He came to visit me during his vacation last July and we were able to meet personally for the first time. We continue to remain in contact by communicating through emails, chat and SMS.
2. I am fifth of 4 brothers and a sister. My brothers are working abroad, and my sister is married and a businesswoman. I am the only one who is unemployed at this time, but my older brothers and sister supports me and my mother, to whom I am a ‘carer’. I handle the funds from my siblings intended for us, and manage to save with small deposits at a bank. My mother has given me permission to travel for myself, and my sister has advised that she will take care of our mother to allow me the chance to travel and see Australia. I am happy that my friend from Australia has invited me to come and visit his country. I am looking forward to see the Wallabies, the Koalas, and the fascinating wildlife that I have heard so much about. I am a Christian lady I will be attending church together with my sponsor. If granted this opportunity, I will abide with all the visa regulations of Australia, and give my assurance that I will not stay longer than I am allowed to and I will return to my home country. As I am the carer of my mother, I need to keep my word to her and to my brothers and sister that I will be back home in due time.
3. My Australian friend Mr.___ ___ will provide accommodation for me in his home for the entire duration of my stay in Australia, and he will also pay for my necessary expenses. Please find attached, information on his home address and also proof that he is financially able to meet my living costs during the time I will be staying with him.
I declare that my sponsor will take complete responsibility to support me during my travel and stay in Australia. He will provide me accommodation in his house, meals, medical and travel insurance and all other expenses which include travel, subsistence, leisure and any other needs during my visit.
