I need help ASAP in analyzing this poem...Please and Thankyou

Thanks for responding to my post. I know that this poem is very straight forward. But, i dont get this poem because at one time the author says that you missed nothing and at one point he says that you missed everything. What does that mean. This goes on till the end. Also another part that i don't get is where he says:
