I need help

I am writting a motivation letter and I should send it before 1 January to the university.pleas help me in this way.

Dear Sir or Madam:



I am writing to apply for the Master's program in Industrial Engineering and Management - track production and logistic management.



After completing the Master's program, I plan to continue my current job and use the simulation to improve the logistic performance of the assembly line. I intend to be professional in using simulation through I am working on my thesis research.

My objective is to be an international consultant. But first I would like to continue my education and obtain a Ph.D. in International Business and Management.



I have a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering – track Industrial Production from university in . After Graduation and five-year work, I have become a production planning supervisor/manager of a textile company. I am responsible for all production planning matters including calculating raw materials, scheduling the orders, announcing the delivery of final goods, controlling system and etc.



Initially I was employed to Quality control section of a textile factory, which was established three months before my graduation, as an expert. Because my proposal was establishing control charts in a textile factory.



In recognition phase I found that it is necessary at first to put a system for collecting information and analyses them. So I endeavored to work on quality management system according to ISO9000 series. Through this experience, I learned that for running a successful system in a department I need not only be familiar with the processes, having well-knowledge but also be able to leading the organization to cooperate with new system



After delivered a general system I focused on establishing the production planning unit to preparing product inventory, the capacity, raw material and etc to offer a plan for next year includes details. Later I promoted to supervisor (manager) of this section.





I also was interesting that follow establishing quality management system in the other fields of business except industrial production. So I worked as an operation manager, I passed the technical management in an institute, for a travel agency. I was succeeded in using logistic management on tourist industry.



To further prepare myself better to get my ambitious; I completed a course in tour guide to be familiar with different cultures and improve my ability to lead a group. With further education in Industrial Engineering, I will be able to use Advanced Production Planning that will allow me toimprove my factory situation to get a better position to can competit with global trend.



During these five years of work I found that I need to deepen my understanding on Industrial engineering. I am confident that the Master's program in Industrial Engineering-track production and Logistic Management offered by the will provide me the knowledge, confidence, and contacts to realize my dreams.
