First and foremost, according to the statistics, the popularity of traffic jams has exceeded people's expectations due to the overpopulation. Because of the dramatic annual GDP rise, citizens have a tendency to purchase cars. This trend leads to an increase in manufactured car engines; thus, the proportion of gas emissions takes up an intense amount. In the worst case, this well-known phenomenon causing a large number of respiratory diseases is at the expense of residents' mental health, especially adolescents. Secondly, as teenagers move to settle in downtowns that have a concentration on highly-specialized occupations, they will struggle to face unemployment. This is an example of students whose rent prices are too unaffordable since they cannot financially support themselves.
On the other hand, the mentioned reasons can be diminished by proper plans of authorities. National leaders may put more resources into constructing leveled highways in the urban areas, thereby solving the struggles of traffic congestion. By the way, they should introduce a law to encompass the resolutions of air pollution, such as using electric cars instead of fossil-fuels-based ones and emission fees to invest in the technology of air filters. In addition, governments can establish a rental control mechanism to restrain rents. Hence, this could provide young generations with livelihood. For instance, owners must reduce the price to help universal students with their living.
