I need experts help in my Essay please?

This is an Essay that I have written. It is about how to persuade my comrades to take on leadership through an invasion period.

Could you please suggest any better vocabularies to use or any better sentence structure for any sentence? Could you please, also, correct any spelling, punctuation or grammar mistakes? I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Here is the Essay:

Do you want to make your children orphaned? And let them alone by themselves in the dark nights next to the invaders or you want to have them in your laps? Enistein said, "Only a life lived for others is worth living"

As you know, fulfilling leadership is the most difficult task that can be satisfied, especially in a situation like ours. Leadership requires responsibility, quick thinking, strong personality, bravery to make mettlesome decisions and many other demanding aspects that can be very nerve-racking. I can assure you that I have all of these qualities and I am well qualified to take on that intense sense of duty. My comrades, I am here today to nominate myself to be a leader that will guide and help you to liberate our town.

To accomplish this task, and conducted it successfully more than a few fundamentals need to be contemplated. These include: rights, responsibilities, shelter, food, clothing, transport and work.
Impartialness is something that many of us misunderstand in our ordinary life. Rights for everybody guide to a very stress less, calm and tranquil milieu. The force that drives and calls us for duty comes from our soul's fountain. To offer its best delivery for this force, our soul has to be very confident, definite and patient. I am aware of the fact that each one of us come upon various sorts of conditions where he/she feel depressed and cannot persist in this battle. Nevertheless, be assured that every time you feel down, I will be the first one standing next to you, pushing you to achieve everything that you can possibly do.

From now on I will help you launch your concealed internal qualities that you have. Everybody here has the aptitude to hold on to this. I can see a burning vengeance in everyone's eyes. Let us erupt our long time closed volcanos and let our lava burn our enemies till they leave this land free.
To do this, we have to have a back up place that contains food and exist as a cover for us; in case of emergency or anything happen that we failed to prepare for. To make every step taken in this mysterious journey on our land outstanding we need to think of all the potentials of being harmed, hurt or beaten. That is why we need to have a secure and safe backup place. Nobody can tell what would come about after one hour, this house that we are gathering under could become several pieces of burnt stones and wood or these chairs that you are sitting on, could become a number of useless trashed plastic pieces that no one can benefit from. Likewise, if we just sit here and cannot be bothered to carry out anything, our faith wouldn't be any better than them.

An essential part of success is technique, planning and performance. One of the most important techniques is transport. I will put two sets of transport strategies, the first one at night and the other at day light. In our situation, no one wants to be caught; so far we are the only people free on this land. So we have to take care when we do this. We will have two methods at night just in case any of the two is not available. The first preferable one is walking as it will have less sound. This method will only be used for short distances if required. The other one is using the silent bicycles that I will supply you with from my house and my cousin's which are not very far. At day light we need to be more cautious, precise, and attentive. Accordingly, we will have more transport options; they include walking, crawling, and riding bicycles. Riding the bikes will be the last method that we think off since it will possess more sound and could attract the invaders.

If we have faith in each other and become one hand, everything can be resolved; it is that aspect of unity that we have to take on as one of our behaviours in our normal lives. Think about every single one of us; think as brothers, sisters, and close friends to endure this. Give me your trust and you will see yourself doing things that you never thought you have the potential to do. I can promise you from now on that the directions that will be taken will only be successful ones. You as person needs to bite the bullet, stand strong and lofty to maximise our chance of winning this war. Just remember one thing, we can make a big difference during this conflict and your children will be proud of you after you set them free. After we face any problem pocket-sized or large, harsh or easy we have to divulge it between us, so we can keep away from it next time we face the same problem.

Clothing needs to be taken into account as well, as one of the priorities in this campaign. Tomorrow morning we will get out from our nests and take as many suitable clothes as possible from any house that we can recognize and enter. I will arrange you into groups of four. One goes after the other, when one group enters or leaves any house the other three will be backing them up and the same goes for every group. After you all have finished I will secure the way for you guys. If anyone couldn't make it for any reason; hide in the bushes and put five leaves all together piled up as a mark near the tree, bush or area that you are hiding under so we can identify your place.

Lastly, I would like to thank you for your time and listening; every one of us can make a choice but always think of the consequences that can result as result of it.
