I need anyone to check my reflective journal please

Please help me. English is my second language and it is difficult for me to check to myself.

I wrote a reflective journal and my teacher said to me it has grammar mistakes. Plzzzzzzzz I need help. I must submit this reflective on Sunday.

INTRODUCTION

MGN 150 is one of my courses this semester. I learned many things and I’m still learning from it. I learned through learning activities, such as lectures, discussions, projects and presentations. In my opinion, projects are the best learning activity because I practiced what I learned from the lectures in the course. In MGN 150 we have to do one project about any organization in the UAE. But it is better to be near our college because we need to visit it. My friends and I chose Ajman University journal, I’m going to describe the main tasks that each of my team members have performed. In addition, I will mention the problems that I faced in this project until now and certainly how I treated with them.



At the beginning, this project includes eight parts and we are five students in one group. Until now we already did four parts and the rest is under construction. We did the first part as teamwork and the second, third and fourth was divided between us in this order. The first part is my part and it was about different levels of management for the organization. The second one was about four functions of management and managerial roles and it was for Maymounah. Mey’s part was about management skills and one ethical issue related to the chosen organization. Concerning to Kholod, her part was about how the globalization effects the organization. Finally, Shaim’s part was about one change issue that is currently affecting the organization.



In my view, each one of my team members did her work well, but there is still a little weakness in some parts. Because of the understand of each part well and the hard work from each one in the team, there is a successful side in the task. As a result of the other projects for Information Technology (IT) and English courses and some difficulty to communicate with the organization, there is a little weakness side in the task. What is more, when we sent a letter to the organization to take permission from the manager to communicate with them, they responded us late and this made us little nerves and worry about how the work is going to be.



My friends and I faced some problems and we solved some of them perfectly and the other is under study. For instance, one of the problems which was solved is the time. As you know the time is an important thing. If we don’t arrange the time quickly, the problem will become bigger. We fixed this problem by had a meeting and agreed in one time to meet and tell each other about the latest news and how the work is going. The other example of under study problem is putting the information together. We try to fix this dilemma by putting a plan. Each one in the group has to write all the information that she collected them in the computer and coordinate them in HCT format. So, this will make putting the information together easier.



Concerning to the interviews with the organization, I did not face a lot of problems. However, the main thing I faced was to catch the person who I converse with him. When I called him, sometimes he did not answer me and sometimes he said to me to call him later because he was busy. I tried to solve this problem by calling him in the time that was suitable for him. Also, my friends suffered from this problem, so we could have another meeting next week to solve this problem. I think the best solution will be to visit the organization itself and meet the person there. We need also to write all the questions we need in paper. Then, choose the best time to visit the organization. By these steps, we will find all the answers for all parts at one time.



CONCLUSION

In conclusion, although I experienced many problems and some of them were solved and the other is not. I have learned many things like how to communicate with other people outside college border, how to treat with problems perfectly and how to work as a group. All in all, in the next parts I will try to avoid the problems from the beginning and I’m going to make the work more active to finish our report earlier.
