In some developed nations, it is argued that having a house is more beneficial than living somewhere temporarily, and it is also very vital for people to build a house for their future living. One commonly cited advantage for owning a house is that it will be easier for individuals to actively arrange their curfew time rather than agree to rented houses' rules. From my perspective, I think this is a positive circumstance because they will have more free space and they can live the way they want.

There are many reasons why people are insisting on living in their own homes instead of renting an apartment. One of the reasons is that they are financially independent and want to live privately so there is no worry for them to build a house. For example, youngsters nowadays take their privacy as a priority as they reckon it is better to choose such a quiet and peaceful place as they will be less affected by outer impacts or disturbances rather than living in a loud and insecure temporary house. Moreover, individuals can easily access their homes because this is what made them own a house. For instance, if they have their own home, they can party all night, and also they do not have any time curfews like others who do not have a crib so that owning a house is a very intelligent idea.

Having a house is considered a positive situation because this is their house, so they can live however they want. To illustrate this point, a growing body of research suggests that 50% of young people admit they are in favor of living in a house rather than renting an apartment which does not comfort them at all. Also, fewer bills will need to be paid such as; water, electricity bills. If people lived in a rented house, they would have to pay extra for other unwanted bills required so living in their own crib is greater than living in a temporary house.

In conclusion, young people prefer to build their own homes to live in than to stay in flat or rented houses. It is also crucial for them to have a house because there will be more benefits for them in the future to live in their own homes rather than unwanted homes.
