I need a verb

This is what I want to express:

In the reform of the company, we shall not the bank's credit.

The idea is kind like "making void" or "making the bank unable to collect their loan from the company" after its reform somehow. (I know little about corporate governance, but I guess maybe in the reform the original legal person may terminate somehow and the bank is unable to collect their loans from the new legal person.)

so I think maybe the verb form of "vacant" may serve the purpose, but on the one hand I don't know its verb form and on the other hand I don't know whether it is proper.

can someone help?

Dear sir, I may only suggest «default upon» and «cancel». Perhaps a moderator will know. Kind regards, Goldmund
