I need a proofreading for this The technical problem

Hi,
I hope someone helps me to correct the mistakes in these two paragraphs:

I have tried cleaning the registry with the CCleaner programme the following happens: first, I have clicked on the scan" button and when the scanning has finished I tried clicking the "fix issus" button . Second, I have encountered a message which requests whether I want to save a backup of these changes or not. Third, I agreed to save the changes. Then, when the prgramme fixed the issus I have close it. After that, I have went to the file of backup and run it to see what will happen because I am quite surprised what that file is for, I have encountered a message like in the second picture. I clicked on OK. Next, I open the CCleaner again and click the scan button. Finally: I spotted that the problems which have been fixed came back again to appears in the list of probems in that programme. However, when open the CCeaner immediately and made a scan for issue before I run the file of backup for the changes I have spotted that there isn't any issue appeared in the list.
My inquiries as follows: what is the benefit form that file of backup and must I keep it?
Finally: why when I have run the file of backup, the file run immediately? I mean what I should do if I want to see/ browse the changes which are saved in that file.
