I am trying to describe in a short sentence - one table that includes many requirements from different sources. Does the below sentence have clear meaning?
"an integrated cross table with all relevant requirements"
Thanks in advance

For me, the word "cross" is more confusing than helpful. I would just delete it. Also, it may sound better if you change "with" to "including".

By the way, what you have written is a phrase, not a sentence.
