0 I think its the "people-watching" that's first-rate, not the people themselves - although I suppose its first-rate people that make for first-rate people-watching. But I would agree that j7 is correct - the restaurant is popular not only because it has good food but also because it is a good place for watching interesting, beautiful or maybe even famous people. 0-
