I need a few variations to my sentences. Please help!

Hi Friends,

Could you guys please help me in finding some sentence that is similar to the below mentioned sentences.
1. "I hope you are doing fine."
2. "Please have a look and let me know your feedback."

PS : The reason why I am asking you this is because where I work I need to send daily updated to my clients.
So every single day, I write the same letter :

" Hello Mr. ABC,
I hope you are doing fine.

As per your instructions ......
...... .

Please have a look and let me know your feedback.

Due to this repetition, I suppose that my client would be getting bored and I think I need to put some vareity into my daily updates.
