This study intends to analyze the use of technological tools for optimization of results, mainly, in the public sector thru a juridical consultancy at the Justice Courts. Firstly, we will focus on the analysis of the implementation of a Juridical Digital Process (PROJUDI), which brings the innovation in juridical processes transition from a physical to an electronic method.

Among the relationships, we will present not only the pros and cons involved in this implementation, but also the weaknesses that might appear during the transition, as well as how the civil servants would accept the new technology.

We should bear in mind that there are some limitations involved. However, the benefits are significant in terms of quality of life at work and productivity.
