I need a draft email to company staff asking them not to use company email for own leisure.
Hi there, i am no good in english. Can i ask any one can help me draft an email to all my company staff that they are not suppose to use company email for personal purpose including (e.g.forwarding jokes to colleagues as it consumed bandwidth and jam up the server) in a proper manner? I am worried the way i write would be too nasty.
