I need a clarification on Some phrasal verbs

What are the meaning of these phrasal verbs. I am always getting confused in the way of using these phrasal verbs. 1.back away, 2.back down, 3. back off, 4. back out.. And Anyone please tell me how and where to use the phrasal verbs.
