Those results fall into several groups.

Group 1. "I mind you" is not the expression. The words are divided over two successive expressions.

In these, "mind you" is a fixed expression meaning something like "note well", "please be aware of this". It doesn't go with "I", which is in the preceding clause.

She believes (as do I, mind you) that women are conditioned not to make the first move.
I'm not completely useless, am I? Mind you, all this has caused me a frightful lot of worry.

Group 2. "I mind you" is a mistaken substitute for "Let me remind you" or simply for "Mind you". These are errors.

I mind you, we do not just think with our brain; our stomachs and spines also have neural control over our systems. (should be "Note that" or "Let me remind you (that)")
Now before you look at this and shove it to the side, I mind you that this group has been more successful than all the others. (should be "let me remind you")

Group 3. "mind" means "be bothered by", "be annoyed by", "be inconvenienced by", "object to".

These are almost always found in non-assertive contexts (negatives, questions, if-clauses). They are frequently followed by an -ing clause. "you" doesn't usually go with "I mind"; it goes with the following clause. Purists would say that "you" should be "your" in many of these cases.
