I might have had/I might have

Let's say someone just deleted my thread on this or any other forum. It doesn't really matter.

Me: Why did you do it?
They: You got your answer.
Me: I might have one more question/I might have had one more question

I'd use the second one because I'm clearly referring to the event that happened in the past. What do you think?

They: You wouldn't know.
Me: Yes, I would. or Yes, I do know.

Which one is better?

I'd say so. I take it that you were trying to express that the thread should not have been deleted because there was a chance that you would have had an additional question. I might have one more question states a present possibility, which doesn't seem to make much sense here.
