I might have done many strange things, maybe wrong things

Hello.

Are the following grammatically correct?

"I might have done many strange things, maybe wrong things, but I did it because I loved you, and because I wanted to be with you. And I struggled in my own way, because I knew it would be hard to be with you. Those things were my way of expressing that I really loved you. And you know it."

Thanks.
