I meant vs. I was meant and I'm meant

Hello, Guys.

I'm totally tangled up with those words and their usage. I don't actually have any sentences, but i if understand that "i meant" means that i had something to say or do in my mind , but please someone, explain to me what's the difference between " I was meant" and "I'm meant".
