I 'm sorry I am late

I'm sorry. I'm late.

A. That's all right.
B. Never mind.
C. Don't worry about that.
D. All are correct.
I opt A. However I feel that "C" is also a good choice. I am so confused. Many thanks in advance.

A slightly tricky one, firefly. A is the only really good answer. Second (if any) would be B, not C.
