I love this forum - may I contribute?

I just discovered this today, while googling for help in explaining "see/look/watch" in an ESL class that I teach as a volunteer. I am not a trained teacher or linguist - may I still contribute my two cents' worth when I think I can help? In other words, are there any restrictions as to who can offer advice? (I'm assuming anyone can request advice). Thanks!!
