I live in 54 Oxford Street.

I know about the different BrE-AmE preferences for "I live in/on Oxford Street", but when the house number comes first wouldn't it be "I live in 54 Oxford Street" in AmE as well?

Also, in Poland a typical address looks like this:

Nowy Swiat 45/23 (street, house number, flat number)

What would be a common way to say that in BrE and AmE?

1) I live in 45/23 Nowy Swiat.
2) I live in Nowy Swiat 45/23.

3) I live on Nowy Swiat 45/23.
