I like this type of perfect weather.

Last week, I had a talk with my friend. I am going to write down part of what we said below.

My friend asked, "How are you?"

I replied, "I'm fine. Thanks. How are you?"

He said, "Good. It's nice and sunny today. Not too hot and not too cold."

I said, "Yes! I like this type of perfect weather."

Is it grammatically correct to say the highlighted sentence? Thank you.
