"I like the 'no time out'"

During the recent Cleveland-Golden State NBA Finals broadcasts, commentator Jeff van Gundy said, "I like the 'no time out'." It was clear that he meant that he liked the fact that the team didn't call a timeout during a possession. But is there a grammatically correct way to say it that is still as succinct as what he said?
