I like it when or I like when?

Hello I have a question if someone can help me out here...

Which is correct? "I like it when....." or "I like when...."

I've seen both, I think both must be correct but maybe there's a rule? Thank you.

Yes. Both are accepted. The "it" is usually there, but some people omit it in casual speech.
